Tipping film made of plastic also known as plastic tipping film, used on each end of a shoelace, a cord, or a drawstring. Common tipping film color could be transparent, transparent printing, black, white, red, blue, etc. Suitable for every kind of shoelace, garment string, cord, rope, general string tipping. Normal specifications are 0.18mm to 0.30mm thickness, and width is 25mm to 30mm. (Color tipping film specifications is 0.18mm thickness.)
Common use with KY-C101A.
Another type of tipping film is called tooth tipping film also known as handle bag buckle film. The color usually is transparent or black. Normal specification is 0.4mm thickness, and width is 42mm. Suitable for carrier bags. Use with KY-TCL201 Fully Automatic Multi-Function Tipping Machine.
There is another type made of metal, can be used for shoelace or garment is called metal head. The metal head is a variety of styles. If need, please provid a sample that can be chosen similar one. Use with KY-103TK Metal Tipping Machine.
